I would put 0, but I could only select 1. I was given their information by my employer for a legal plan that I paid for. On my first call, they said a lawyer would call me soon. I called back after 10 days (I had not received any response) and I was told a lawyer would call me with an hour. I received a call from the assistant 2 hours later stating they were just too busy to help. I guess my little estate planning just isn't enough money for them. Horrible customer service!! I will be asking my company to take them off our approved list.

They are very knowledgeable and answer all questions that pop up over a transaction. As a real estate agent, I want my clients taken care of by the best and the peace of mind that F&B gives my clients is worth every penny.
