        I am truly unhappy. I bought some items from your store and had to change the size on one of the items. When I returned to exchange the item for a larger size, the sales clerk told me that I had to pay more because your company will not honor my reward points that I originally used the week before on the original purchase , towards the exchanged size regardless of the fact that it was the same item (an even exchange). This is horrible customer service and the sales rep was rude. She didnt care if she loses a customer, and I expressed that not only will I discontinue my business with you, but so will my company. I will tell all my family members and friends about this experience as well!
