Rusty's Pizza Parlo

Pizza was good. Bathrooms were gross. There was a drunk guy passed out in the Men's Room the entire time we were there. I had to clean our table and chairs w wet napkins so we could sit somewhere that wasn't dirty. I think they need more help or need to focus more on the dining room. Vegetarian options: Good veggie pizza.

This place doesn't despondent food is taste great and salad bar is always full with all the diferrent toppings. The wait for our food was not that long eventhough it was lunch time. We had the lunch especial with includes a small individual pizza with two toppings a drink and a small salad. We also had Buffalo chicken Wings and an order of cheese bread.

I am regular customer of Rustys for over 23 years. Every one of them that I visited in Santa Barbara area were good. We visited the one in Goleta this afternoon . When we got there no one was there except another customer who was ordering to go. I ordered medium double pepperoni and garlic. It took them 25 min to make it ! No xtra pep and garlic on the top ? All burn ! When I ask the guy first he deny then he offered to take it back and make another . But we were hungry and did not wanted to wait another 25 min, as they were getting more customer. They never offer any other solution , never apologize , and no refund or credit !
