I do not recommend this office at all, they try to charge you too much for procedures they do not properly inform you of or explain. I got a root canal done here in 2021. At the time of the procedure, I was 20 years old and remember barely knowing what a root canal was but had been told I needed it with no other options. I was looking it up on my phone after I was rushed to sign consent forms and was told by the hygienist to look up a video after because it will explain everything. I was not given any guidance for pain management or pain expectation from the dentist at the time of the procedure. At my follow up I complained about it hurting a lot more and for far longer than I researched it should have after the procedure and was told that is normal because my roots were near my sinuses and to take some ibuprofen. After pain, swelling, and constant headaches, I recently found out that my root canal failed, and I have to get the tooth removed, my jaw bone grafted, and an implant which will cost me thousands of dollars. This only leads me to wonder if my initial concerns were taken more seriously or if I was better informed on what to expect, I would not be in the place I am now. To make matters worse a little over a year after my procedure I was told I owed $900 on top of the $1700 I already paid because insurance did not cover it. After several conversations with my insurance and the front desk, my insurance told me they never received the bill despite the front staff's claims. I was then told that my bill was going to collections, despite contacting front desk staff SEVERAL times. Finally, it came out that I did not owe, only after I was able to contact my insurance.

I've been dealing with a billing issue for months now, no one has called or responded back to me and I keep getting late notices, I paid it so that I wouldn't get sent to collections but I should be getting refunded back. Its very frustrating when my dental insurance covers it and I keep getting turned around everywhere from Perfect Teeth and their outsourced company. I've got all my claims stating that I don't owe anything. If this isn't resolved soon, think I'll be looking into another dentist office for the future.
