Highly recommend this place. I was roomed very fast. Ashley was the person who attended me and did an amazing job! She went over everything in detail so that I could understand why they were doing certain procedures. I had no issues with the healing process for the biopsy that was done.

I was reluctant going in to the office being the last couple of visits to others dermatology offices left me very unimpressed. But from the minute Olivia took me to the exam room to the exam and treatment I received from Ashley (One of the PA's) the experience left me feeling very comfortable and actually like someone cared. Ashley did a very thorough, full body exam. Took time to explain what the different lesions were and if they needed treatment. She treated a few areas that day. I needed to return for a mini surgery to remove a lesion. And again felt so comfortable with Olivia and Ashley. They do a great job and do not make you feel rushed through. I would and have recommended this office!!!

Worst place and customer service Ive ever had! We were completely lied to, we were treated disrespectfully and we were overcharged. The young man in our appointment gave us information about the program and the product, and it turns out that it was all wrong. Thats on Accent and how they train their employees. They have also spelled our name wrong on our paperwork and our birthday, even though we have told them multiple times. This makes getting the prescription almost impossible. How hard is it to have the correct information on medical documents. If they cant get our name or DOB correct, what else are they reporting incorrectly?! Lastly, there is a lady name Olivia who works there and she thinks its okay to scream and hang up on you. Shes extremely unprofessional and very reactive. This place should NOT REPRESENT accutane and should not be responsible for patient. Disgusting!!!

I chose to go to this place so I could start Acutane and I wish I went somewhere else. The first appointment went alright, I was told that I would have to do a urine pregnancy test once every month and was recommended a facility that would cost me the least with my insurance. The next time I came in, I was told it was just for another pregnancy test so I could start the medication but they then told me that I had to go get a blood test and they told me it's mandatory every month. On top of that, they told me a whole different facility from the one the guy told me and said if I went to the first facility, I would have been charged over $100 per visit. I had paid an $80 for the first month dose of Acutane in February, but then they billed us an additional $140 on top of the $80. I spoke with the crx pharmacy when purchasing the first months dose and she said the lowest the payment per month with insurance was $80 and I paid that then and there. On top of that, not only did the guy in the office, but also the person on the phone say that the payments a month should be close to zero or $20-30 but they are well over $200. A $40 office visit charge where all they did was tell us we needed to go get a blood test, $25 blood test appointment and then being charged two separate times for medication, $80 and then $140. We will be changing dermatologists if this continues because we cannot afford all these false charges. On top of all the billing issues, I called the office to just make sure all the paper work gets sent over so I can get my blood work done for my second month of acutane. One of the front desk ladies called me to just tell me everything would be sent over and good and then I got called again. Olivia called this time to tell me the paperwork was being sent over and then she said and when are you making another appointment to come into the office and I said do I have to come in every month to the office and she said yes that is a state standard and we already told you that it has to happen every month. She was screaming and like cut me off everytime i said anything by saying KINZE that was not what she said, I was in the room with her. She made no promise of any sorts. And I said I know she didnt make promises but she said after the first 2 or 3 months of my bloodwork is good, that I would just have to do pee tests and she said that is not what happened, I was in the room. The first appointment we had, there was a different assistant who was a tall guy so she wasnt even there for the appointment where she told us how it was gonna be. I then asked if I could switch dermatologists and she said absolutely, we will forward paperwork and they will ask you for the same things we do. I said and what was your name again and she said Olivia, take care and hung up on me. Another thing, was that they spelt my name wrong several times and when they asked if it was correct, I said no and they said they fixed it and then it was spelt wrong 4 or 5 more times. After about a week having to call the office over and over because things werent being done when they said they would be, the prescription said it was ready but the pharmacy it was supposed to be sent to, didnt have it or records of it. I ended up calling around and finding my prescription at a Pharmacy 15 minutes from my house and they also had my birthday as June instead of July so it took a while to find my prescription because birthday is used. I had also called Ashley about the wrong information and she said she would fix it about a month ago and its all still the same. After all this, we are definitely going to be switching dermatologists and hoping nobody has the same experience as it was stressful and very dissapointing.
