Suzuki of Glenview

Terrible service. I called for a quote on key fob. The estimate gave me over the phone and what they actually charged me was more. Took twice as long and charged me for something they didn't do. When pointed that out, it took 10 min to make the correction. Knowing I was in the military, they did not offer military discount. When pointed out, it would have taken additional 10 min for military discount, so I declined. I wanted to get the heck out as fast as I could. I'm hoping what they installed never breaks down, I don't want to go back to them.

We had a long, rough day of car shopping when we cam to Suzuki of Glenview. We had our two young children, who had missed their naps and were melting down, but it was our last chance to get our family minivan. Everyone at this dealership was exceptional. They were very honest, helpful, and straightforward. They worked as quickly as possible, so that we could get our kids back home. The dealership is pretty far from our house, but I will gladly make the trip again to purchase from them!

Just a great car buying experience. Their first priority was making sure I was happy and lead me in the direction of the best possible deal. They got me a good rate with a reputable lender. As a result, I'm driving a brand new Suzuki SX4 and it's AWESOME ! I would highly encourage anyone looking for a new or certified pre-owned vehicle to check them out first. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Suzuki of Glenview and each time their service get's better. Mark was well informed, patient, friendly and amazing overall. This dealership is the only dealership willing to help me when I was in need of a car and when I needed to upgrade to a larger car for my family. I was never hassled and I drove over an hour and received service that surpassed my expectations. I know many people who are credit challenged and get lured in and leave disappointed, if you give Suzuki a chance, they will get you a fair deal and you won't leave empty handed. I am the proud new owner of a 2011, the car I have always wanted and they made it happen!

Absolutely would recommend this dealer, and my salesman, Mark. They walk the talk regarding customer service. I love my new Kizashi and I feel like I have a trusted dealer to keep the car in tip top shape. When the time comes, I sure hope the service department is as impressive.
