Jim's Auto Service Center

I started taking my vehicle to Jims a few months ago on recommendation from my sister who has been a customer for several years. His service is excellent. Work is done in a timely manner. He takes the time to explain what has to be done because my vehicle is twelve years old with low mileage and certain maintenance is required. I feel his prices are reasonablemuch better than the dealers for the same work. No more going back to the dealer for me. I give him an A plus rating and highly recommend his services.

The staff at Jims is always so kind and helpful, making sure you truly understand what theyre doing and why theyre doing it. Its hard these days to find a good mechanic and I will never go anywhere but Jims auto.

Jim's auto service is a thief!!! Taking advantage of Arcadia University Students!! Do not let your college student bring their vehicle here. If want you proof email me. Invoice last repair read tire taken off car, repa ired and mounted back on car. $30. Car was NEVER there. Tire was brought in for repair by college student. Repair for a carry in tire and carry out tire should not be $30. This is the second time he overcharged. Wheel bearing 2 years ago was $100 over normal shop costs, I worked at a repair shop chain at that time so I know prices. I just paid it because daughter needed car fixed while at Arcadia University. I don't care what other customers wrote. I am speaking the truth. Email me for proof. Go elsewhere.
