The office closed and never notified anyone. I went to my appointment on 8/10/2021 to find that they are permanently closed. What a way to run a business now what do all the people do and where do they go any kind of answer would be great.

Not very happy with this office. I made an appointment for my daughter and told they take her insurance. AFTER performing fillings, they tell her her insurance wouldn’t pay and she has to pay $1400. NOT a good way to run a business.

I was looking for a new dentist, called Rivoli a few times was able to get right in. I stressed that I was having tooth/gum pain, I didn't know if it was sinus related or a cavity. Upon arrival the receptionist seemed irritated with everything. There was a VERY friendly woman that worked there that showed me to the exam room. I sat in there for 45 minutes. The friendly woman and another woman entered. She introduced herself, I just tried to look up to see what the dentist name was but apparently the woman I saw wasn't even a dentist because she's not on the website. The woman that I thought was a dentist looked very disheveled her clothes were all wrinkled her lab coat had long black hairs all over it and she had this pompous attitude when she entered the room. She asked me what was wrong and I explained to her that I have very horrible allergies and sometimes I get gum inflammation and my gums have been inflamed for weeks so I was concerned. I was thinking it wasn't sinus related and perhaps I had a cavity. She started to bombard me with questions in a nasty tone asking me why in the world I would ever think I could have tooth pain due to sinus issues. Now if you look it up on the internet you can have tooth sensitivity due to sinus pressure your sinus cavity is along your jaw. The woman started to basically scold me and telling me that her husband was an allergist and there is absolutely no way you can have two sensitivity due to sinus issues and she argued with me. Scolding me asking me why I've never had allergy shots and why am I and not on medication for these issues. Now I typically go into a place with a positive attitude so I started to give her an attitude back and then she kind of straightened herself out. She proceeded to tell me that I had six cavities in my mouth, how my enamel is pretty much gone in my mouth making it sound like my teeth were absolutely horrendous. I started to feel very uneasy thinking she was one of those dentists that like to get paid by the insurance to make up phony claims. When I originally called they said they would take x-rays to make sure there was not an underlying issue. I was told at that appointment that they just didn't have time to help me. I was actually pretty relieved because I was just very uncomfortable there. Not to mention during this covid situation you want to walk into an area that is very sterile. Their office was not sterile. You could see stains on the counter and on the little tray where the equipment sits, not to mention her lab coat just looked disgusting. After I left the exam room I went up to the receptionist and she wanted to book an appointment not having another dentist to go to I figured hopefully within the next few weeks I could find another dentist that could help me with my issue. Not to make a scene with the receptionist I just made an appointment just to get out of there quickly. I was able to find a new dentist in between the time frame of leaving there and having to go back so they called me yesterday to verify my appointment for this morning. It was the same irritated receptionist that I saw the first time and she says hello I am confirming your appointment for tomorrow at 10:00 a.m. and I said oh can I please cancel that and she says oh like all surprised and irritated. Then she asks would you like to reschedule. In a calm pleasant voice I said no thank you her response was to hang up the phone on me. I have to stress this enough please avoid this office at all costs between the sanitation of the entire place and the attitude of that one woman that works there that portrays herself as a dentist perhaps she is but she's not on the website so I can't even disclose who I'm talking about! Since then I've had my teeth cleaned at a new place where I was told my enamel was very good and my teeth looked pretty healthy. I told the new hygienist about what rivoli dentistry told me about sinus and tooth pain how they are not related and she just about fell out of her chair. She said of course they can cause issues with your teeth!
