I recently purchased a mattress from Carlos who is always available to answer my questions about getting better sleep. Carlos knows a lot about how to maximize your sleep whether it is the firmness of your mattress or the position you sleep, he’s always giving great advice along with great prices. I don’t do Google reviews, but I had to shout out Polin. We went to a few mattress stores in the area and Polin’s helpfulness and knowledge was unparalleled. We love our mattress and it was in budget. She made the whole process so easy and wasn’t pushy or aggressive or judgy about our preferences or budget. All in all a great experience.

Writing my two year review after putting the mattress to use. I have back problems because of work and wanted something firm. Polin Bekner was of huge help and walked around the entire store showing me each bed individually. Got their “tempurpedic” version and it’s still as firm as the same month I bought it. Thanks Polin for the pain relief!

I had the best experience visiting the Ortho Mattress at Glendale and luckly was greeted by the most helpful salesperson. Pauline was not only helpful but she was also caring and kind and thoroughly explained the differences between all my options. I like it when I speak to people who care about their jobs and are informative. Pauline was such a person. All and all thank you Ortho Mattress for your professional approach. Happy to be your costumer. Definatly recommended.
