Hi. I had an extremely disappointing experience at this doctor's office. The staff members demonstrated a complete lack of respect and empathy, and I encountered significant scheduling issues that added to my frustration. It's clear that patient care is not a priority here, and I would caution others to consider alternative options for their healthcare needs.

Wish I can give negative 10 stars. I don't like giving bad reviews but I don't  recommend anyone going to this office if you want to get your care handle properly. I like the doctor because I was his patient at his old office before. My big problem is with the office staff. Wasted 2 months of my life. I was supposed to get a procedure done URGENTLY and was told they will let me know by Friday regarding whether or not I'll need authorization to get the procedure done at the hospital. I kept calling to follow up and kept being told someone will call me back. Then I was told they got the wrong code for the request and will check for the correct one. Long story short. They did nothing. Was told last week when I called that my doctor is no longer practicing and all his patient's files was sent to another doctor. Fucking seriously? I've been nice the whole time about this. They are the worse. They do not care about you like they pretended to. 2 months of my life. I'm still in pain and have to find a new doctor to start all over again.
