    I have a very urgent , super sensitive health matter and every day is important. To start with, they never called to advise me of my screenings, when I called 2 weeks after, they couldnt even find the results and referred back to the previous test. Very day I spend hours on the phone for an authorization, within the last 2 weeks, I have paid out of packet for each individual treatment already over $20k, not sure why I have insurance at this point. As a matter of fact Im on hold with the office for 2.5 hours while I write this review. Its a death penalty to every patient to be assigned to this unprofessional medical clinic.

    Been coming to this office for 18 years, it's time to move on. After the sale of Descano Family to Optum, the quality and care has gone downhill. No longer a personable experience. No one responds to refill requests until the patient has to call multiple times, only to end up ALWAYS dealing with a call center that treats you like a number. When you request to be transferred to the actual office, you will NEVER get through. When you request to have the office call you back, you will NEVER get that call. You will end up disappointed if you're wanting a patient/doctor relationship here. Sadly, after 18 years it's time to move on and find another doctor. Bye Bye, you just lost a double insured PPO patient.

    This place has become a joke I'm surprised it's still operating. They only have one doctor and a bunch of clowns. Don't waste your time going here... better off anywhere else!!

    Impersonal, corporate care. Their priority is to maintain your most current insurance information and home address on file. Ive been seen at this office for several years, but the Physicians sold or joined Optum and all customer care has left the building. Time to find a new doctor.
