Unbelievable. My workers comp tried to set up an acupuncture appointment for me for over a month. They never answered their phone. WC left voicemails every week. They called me today and said they wanted to set an appointment. I told them that I went elsewhere because they never got back to anyone until now. She had the audacity to tell me I’m rude.
Not sure how they’re still in business. Most likely laundering money. Stay away
