I used Imperial Travel for my 2 recent trips to Armenia! Both trips were soon after the 2020 Artsakh war and with less than a weeks notice. Vanik, my agent, was not only super quick and flexible in helping book my tickets, he was also very up-to-date about the happenings in Armenia and the constantly changing flight situations. As someone who travels a lot and always books my own tickets, it was comforting knowing I had an actual agent ready and willing to help. During my second trip to Armenia which was February-March, my airline kept cancelling the flights and changing them, but being able to contact Vanik from abroad was incredibly comforting and he was able to solidify and confirm a return flight for me within a day and once again with very short notice.I truly recommend this agency to help ease the stresses of travel, especially during these uncertain times.

My entire family use Imperial Travel for all trips. Mike ( Vanik) is extremely knowledgeable. He is well traveled and knows great vacation spots. I don't even waste my time looking online for rates on airlines. He always manages to get me the best deal possible. Small agency with best service.

Mike is the best travel agent around!  He does his very best to find you the best deals/packages out there.  He has traveled a lot himself and can speak from personal experience when he advises you on your trip(s).  I will be always grateful to Mike for getting me out of NYC when all the power went out one year and I was stranded in NYC.  Gave Mike a call immediately and he literally went back into his office (even though he had gone home for the day) and booked me the last ticket on the last flight out for the day.  I managed to get out of NYC when there literally was 10's of 1000's of people stranded there!  Thanks to his excellent customer service, his knowledge and experience, he got me out when everyone else was stuck there!  Thank you Mike! You're the best!

Very knowledgeable owner. He has been everywhere and knows the local & Touristy ins and outs.  My family and I have been using their services for over 15 years.  Fantastic package pricing! Always finds me great deals.
