Not a very friendly or helpful staff at Americana location. Went to kiels in Topanga mall instead and the staff was incredibly helpful so purchased everything I needed from there.

I live near Americana and usually head to Sephora for my skincare needs. But this time I decided to check out Khiel's shop first since I had a few their products on my wish list. While I love Sephora, I've noticed it's becoming less appealing because of the greasy/well-used testers and half empty shelves due to poor restocking management. In contrast, Khiels is a breath of fresh air with its cleanliness and welcoming staff. They generously gifted me a bunch of samples tailored specifically to my skin type. They even offered a free skin test with a special device, though I had to pass due to a time crunch. If you're new to Khiel's, here are my top 3 picks: 1. Midnight Face Oil a miracle worker that leaves you waking up looking fabulous. It's a bit pricey but totally worth it! (I have oily skin and was hesitant about using oil but trust me, it's amazing) 2. Calendula Face Wash perfect for oily skin. 3. Olive Oil Hair Mask ideal for those with oily roots and dry ends. It's the best for its price!
