I tried to open a checking account. I went few very well know Banks like 4 different Banks. was no use at all. thier staff were a nightmare to deal with
Then by chance i saw East West Bank and i walked in 520 N central ave Glendale Ca 91203. And that was the best decision i have made. Staff were amazing kind, nice and courteous. I met Mr. Kevoni Hayranian. The guy was fantastic. well mannered, respectful and polite he opened my account and was very friendly. i had a great half and hours with mr. Kevoni
i will most definitely always advise anyone to do business with East West Bank and will ref to Mr Kevoni to everyone i know

Stay away from this branch. Idiots morans starting with manager kakoyan emding with whoever hell is there. Unprofessional is not the word to describe them

Worst bank ever ! To start no parking . Rude unprofessional bankers . Upon making a rather small deposit today Martha C, rudely asked "where did you get this money from " , as if I had stolen the cash ! After I asked for a few checks as it was a new account until I order some , She charged me $1 dollar for each check !!! I was in a hurry but I'll make sure to close my account . It seems the bank management does a poor job of training the staff or perhaps they are not trained at all .
