I enlisted the services of Magic Realty's (Sean), when I was in the market to purchase a commercial property. Unfortunately, I have come to the realization that Sean is not trustworthy and engages in dishonest business practices. He avoided disclosing some potential issues that could hinder the transaction. Being inexperienced and unfamiliar with the intricacies of the process, I relied heavily on Sean's guidance. However, he failed to disclose critical information that would have greatly benefited me in the long run, resulting in significant financial losses. For instance, the seller agreed to lease back a unit from me for a year, but promptly filed for bankruptcy after the sale, leaving me with no rental income. Had Sean been forthright and provided proper counsel, we could have safeguarded against such a possibility by holding the lease payment in escrow or demanding a sizeable deposit, given the seller's precarious financial position. This was not the only issue, as there were numerous other problems that arose as a result of Sean's negligence.

Nazik !!! Life saver she is on top everything you ask for. She is responding to emails and phone calls, which is so pleasant. She is very organized, responsible, helpful, understanding and just respectful human being. Finally there is someone who listens and understands what is your question or request.

Gotta start by saying they are always extremely responsive. I can't say how much I appreciate the professional and fair handling of our requests. The electrician guy did great job to find the issue and fix it. They just start taking care of our building since 2021 and always been on top of any issues that building has had. Special thanks to Nazik for making everything happen.
