If I could mark as a 0 review I would. What a horrible experience I had with the stuff. Terrible customer service. Mean, rude and no manners. I called the pharmacy to see if they have a long needle for an injection which I get for my chronic back pain. Just because the needles the doctor has been using have not been effective enough so he asked me to get a longer one to reach the nerve for the pain. Either way, I called this Pharmacy and a lady told me yes to go pick it up for $1. So when I went, a young guy told me not to go any closer from the door. He asked me why I was there, so I explained everything and mentioned the lady I talk to. He said but what is it for again so I explained again, he said what medication and I answered that I dont remember the exact name but mentioned the doctors name (who by the way is very famous in Glendale) so everyone or every pharmacy is pretty use to hearing his Armenian name. The guy walked away with a smirk in his face, said something to his coworker in the front and they both started laughing. He went and called the lady who I talk to. By the way this whole time about 15 people who are working in this place are staring at me and listening to what i am saying. The lady comes. Repeats everything and goes to get me the needle. She comes back with a syringe and needle that is way smaller than I asked. So I repeat, sorry but i need the longer one because the doctor has that size. She goes to the another older guy and repeats everything. He starts yelling from his place said. About 25ft away You know the doctor's office has everything you need. I turned red from embarrassment because now for sure everyone was looking at me like a dumb person. I felt so embarrassed even though I haven't done anything wrong. I felt so upset and irritated because here I am explaining everything over and over again and all they do is go gossip and laugh at me. They all started chatting and looking at me. I finally gave up. Said you know if you guys cant help me its fine, its ok and just left. When I got to my car I was so upset I started shaking. I wanted to go back and yell at everyone for making me feel so little and so dumb even though I haven't done anything wrong. I honestly thought maybe there was something on my face or clothes so checked but there was nothing. I felt so humiliated and upset I didn't even want to see their faces. I know this is a long story, but whoever needs reads it, I really hope nobody goes through what I went through today.
