ServPro did a great job coming out immediately to help us with water damage.  They came in and took care of all the necessary removal of wet sheetrock and even some kitchen cabinets.  They ran fans to dry and damp areas.  The experience was excellent.  The insurance company worked directly with them.  If you find yourself in an emergency like we had, I highly recommend ServPro of central Glendale.

My insurance co recommended this co to mitigate damages after we had a plumbing issue that resulted in having to remove drywall, dry out and sanitize the location, then replace the drywall behind our washer and dryer. Upon their arrival I advised I would not sign anything (incl paperwork that stated if my insur didn't cover, I would) bc insurance sent them over to inspect, so they could follow up w my insur co for payment. They cleared it with their supervisor and simply inspected. I received an email later that afternoon showing the work they recommended, asking if we'd like them to proceed, but didn't reflect a price, not even an estimate. I have a high deductible so needed to know whether or not this small job cld be done without insurance. I called and spoke with Sako who advised they couldn't provide me with numbers bc the scope of the work could change depending on what's they find as they do the work. I asked for at least an estimate. The next day, I received a call from someone who said they estimate it wld be $3k-$4k for this sm location ....and that's just to mitigate! (Doesn't include restoring w new dry wall).  I found a diff licensed contractor to do everything from a-z for just a few hundred bucks. So if you have a small job, ask a lot of questions before proceeding with this co bc from what I see, they are unnecessarily overpriced.
