Completely satisfied with our service from Kassman Plumbing. I own a martial arts school in Pasadena, and yesterday the toilet was leaking/overflowing all over our only bathroom. We tried using a plunger and snake but to no avail. I turned to Yelp to find a plumber and Joseph was the first to pick up. I explained the issue over the phone and even though it was getting late in the evening, Joseph came over to take a look within the hour. He was friendly, professional, and was able to quickly and accurately assess the problem. Joseph gave me a very reasonable quote and scheduled me in first thing the very next day. He called me that morning to confirm and let me know that Andy would be coming to take care of the work. Andy arrived and was very professional, he got to work straightaway and worked for hours nonstop until the problem was fixed. He did a great job of cleaning up everything afterwards as well. Overall I am absolutely satisfied and feel we received excellent service at a fair price. I won’t hesitate to call them again should I need plumbing help in the future. Found Joe on Angie’s List. He responded immediately to our request. Found him to be very knowledgeable. He quoted a price for the work we needed done and said he would have one of his men at our house with in an hour. The plumber arrived on time and did an excellent job.

This is a very easy company to work with. They communicated arrival properly and were extremely punctual. Very fair prices to repair a clogged drain. I liked them so much that I hired them for a secondary item while they were working on the clogged drain. This was a plumbing project I had been planning to do over the weekend. Polite, clean work and reasonable prices is all that you can ask for when reaching out for a plumber with a immediate need. Joe is the owner and Andy was the plumber that was sent out. Both guys were outstanding.
