    This guy cut me while I was trying to get in his lane he speeded as fast as possible to reach me while I was turning , I thought it was probably a stolen vehicle but after he got close to me he cut me forcing me to go against the traffic and the siren went off as if it was a 911 call . I thought I had hit someone with my senior mother in the back seat she said he's it out to kill people. I read there reviews online omg is a very unhappy employee imagen sending your love one in that ambulance? He's a bad driver is anyone reviewing this

    Not sure why this company keeps calling us - 3 times so far! They have billed the insurance less than 30 days ago and said I should follow-up with the insurance company. I view this as harassment. By their own words, it usually takes 30-45 days for the insurance company to process.

    If their care is anything like their drivers, DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!! The idiot driving this vehicle in Downey on Monday deserves to have his license suspended. Almost ran me and another vehicle off the road. AND he was using his siren chirp (not his vehicle horn) when someone wasn't going fast enough in front of him. Not on the way to an emergency, because he never hit his lights or went through an intersection.

    I would give 0 stars if I could. There's one of these ambulances in a private lot sitting outside my house. It's engine is running and it's been there at least 25 minutes. Complete lack of regard for the 4 residences it's sitting outside of. It's 12:45 at night. Needless to say their back up noise/beeping is unappreciated at this time of night. This is not the first instance. They sat out there for over an hour and a half. Head lights on engine running. It became such a reoccurring issue there's been a locked chain put across the parking lot so they cannot be there anymore.

    The only reason you see one star is so I would be able to write this review.  WARNING...RUN, PICK ANOTHER PROVIDER FOR THIS SERVICE, THEY ARE THE PITTS OF LIFE!!!! This is one the most unprofessional operations I ever encountered.  As if the people they are servicing aren't going through enough that they would need this type of transportation they only add to the stress of the patient and the family.  If patient information needs correcting good luck, it's almost impossible to get it straightened out.  Even though I think this is done for their gain.  I personally have gone around and around with them in reference to billing.  I've even tried working with a SHIPs coordinator whom helps with Medicare billing complaints to see if I could get some things unraveled. My private insurance has also requested time and time again that they (PRN) supply information so that they can generate payment but to no avail. There bills are almost impossible to understand they add subtract and then add the amount they receive in payment back on to the bill.  The same exact trip will be billed at different prices and they have no corresponding reference numbers for you to match up with the insurance billing.   They contract with insurance companies to provide the service as an In Network Provider but, for some reason they don't want to accept what the insurance company pays as reasonable and customary payment for their service.  It looks as if they take the payment and then rebill the patient for the full amount of the trip.  You can send letters, leave messages but don't hold your breath thinking that you will get a return call.  Ultimately they will turn your bills over to a collection agency even when your insurance company is actively working with them to resolve the issue and get them paid.  I've spoken with many patients and making contact with several more in an effort to look into filing a law suite against them.  It's just shameful for a company to be operating in this matter and taking advantage of sick people and their families. DO NOT USE THIS MEDICAL TRANSPORTATION COMPANY IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR SANITY.
