Dr. Teves is a life saver. Our dog swallowed some clothes and we were able to see DR TEVES for surgery. He is very informative and helped us through the process, what to do after surgery.

Brought my son Batman here and everyone was amazing(: brought him here after being recommended by a coworker and a bad experience elsewhere. The receptionist Denyce was really patient and answered all my questions. The technician Beverly gave me plenty of information regarding Batmanss behavior there and he seemed extremely happy afterwards. Highly recommend this hospital and the staff!!

I ended up here because of a limping cat...I had been going to another vet which couldn't see him for a week....then got the run around for ER clinics and finally ended up here. I called at 9 am and was able to get him in by 9:30...I was nervous because I had never been there before. But all the staff were extremely nice to me and Tiger. They did xrays and an exam and the doctor called me before noon and was very thorough explaining everything to me and some treatment options. Tiger was well cared for, got home by 1 pm and all issues were addressed. My experience was so good...I will be bring my other cats there in the next month. Natalie and Denise were awesome and professional yet friendly. All of the staff that I interacted with were as well but I didn't get all their names. Plus I'm glad to find a local privately owned Veterinarian :) Oh...and the prices were "do-able"...even though I don't like to deal with the cost of veternarian care, we love our babies and will pay. I found their prices to be reasonable!

Really great experience! Took my coonhound for a stomach problem and the doctor did not try to upsell me or offer other unnecessary services or procedures. Got x rays done and found the issue! All the staff was professional and patient with me as it was my first time and they explained everything to me slowly and clearly. The vet tech Natalie was super nice and loved my dog Shelby. The receptionist Denise was very calm and detailed as well. She updated my dogs info correctly and even gave me a price break down of the services and a price breakdown of future vaccines. The vet tech Natalie also explained certain injections and probiotics and prebiotics that they recommended were not necessary and that I did not have to get them and she explained which ones were necessary and vital for my dog Shelbys stomach problem and also explained what each one did. She even recommended certain products over the counter that would benefit my dogs gastrointestinal problem. I would highly recommend this place! Prices are very affordable as well!

Very rude customer care now, this pet clinic used to be a nice place to bring my dog now they named the vet the old one and said he is not working there no more so if you need any service or your pet files they are not able to find it . If you have to start over with the new vet be prepared even if you are an old customer like me for years just to visit it they will charge you $55.
