My sons pediatrician had a small concern about my sons legs so we saw Dr Vu and he was very nice and informative even thought his legs were ok, he didnt make us feel bad for coming in and he did his best to reassure us.

Dr. Vu, Sal, Kristine, and the front desk staff are amazing people. Dr. Vu is very experienced and knows his stuff. He corrected my son's arm with no problem and was patient with all my questions. We trust his judgement. His aide, Sal, is friendly, kind, and helpful. The front desk staff has also improved their communications and responsiveness over the years. Great team!

This doctor was great. He listened to our concerns and took time to answer our questions....and we had a lot of questions. I am happy with the efficiency of the office as a whole as well. I highly recommend this doctor.

Recently My daughter broke her wrists in a roller blading accident. We took her to Banner Thunderbird emergency room. She received X rays. The nurse told us that there was not a doctor on duty who could review the X rays, but it did not appear she had broken her wrist, but a doctor would review them. My daughter received a Motrin and no additional treatment. About a week later we received a call from Banner stating My daughter had broken here wrists and Dr. Louis Vu, Office would like to schedule a follow up appointment. During the appointment my daughter saw Dr. Louis Vu for Less than 30 minutes. No treatment was given, no casts, no braces, no additional X-rays just the same advice to not do activities for an additional 4 weeks. The emergency room cost were $2700.00. The 15 to 20 minute follow up appointment was $1560.00. The total for the who ordeal including 1 hour of staff time X rays, 1 motrin costs $4260.00. I understand medical costs are high, but I certainly feel take advantage of on the follow up visit. Do your research ahead of time.
