Will never use this place or any of their facilities ever again. Took almost 8 weeks to get a MRI with contrast for a torn rotator cuff. 3 times I was scheduled and 3 times they canceled my appointment. 2 times canceled because they ran out of contrast even though I had a appointment, was told they ran out because of all the walk ins they have had. Also was told they didnt have a radiologist to give the shot. Nothing but headaches from this company, and the 2 entitled millennials working reception at the arrowhead facility need to find a new line of work, customer service is not either of their strong points. Overall disgusted with this company and the way they handled my situation. Will never use them again and will never recommend to anyone else either.

The bruising from the IV alone would be enough for me to suggest going to other locations. It looked like the vein was blown out.

Service Was wonderful. The weight was short and report information forwarded to my doctor quickly. However, the belly department sucks they never never get Bill your insurance company right? And no matter how many times I call it comes in screwed up again the next time.
