Troy did an amazing job at installing the new salt water system for my pool. As a new pool owner, I was pretty clueless on many things which he patiently explained to both my mother and I. He was friendly, caring, thorough with his work, and creative in making things work with the kind of complex old system my pool had. Highly recommend this place - fair prices as well!

Absolutely the best pool store ever! These guys are honest and on your side. Our pool motor broke and they are rebuilding it for the cost of parts. They give solid advice and have never tried to sell us anything we dont need. Weve been going to them for 3 years and will continue!!

I found this store awhile back after tiring of Leslie's. They were helpful on my first visit to get some chemicals and such. Today I needed some real parts for an older pump that wasn't pumping water anymore. I couldn't get a real model number from the pump so I took the parts I needed and a picture of the pump in. Chris was at the counter and was super helpful he asked a couple questions and broke out the book. With just a little searching of his book he found the pump and pulled up the parts. Bingo I was in business. I took it home and fixed the pump. I also need a few other odds and ends today so I ran back and bought those too. 1 sale turned into 2 sales, and I am sure it will lead to many more. I appreciate good customer service and will continue to use Pool Parts Plus. Thanks Chris.
