The kind and conscientious care that I have been provided by Dr. Pascua and his staff has always been "5 stars". When my medical supply company, Apria, and Medicare, kept requiring specific documents for my order to be refilled because of missing paperwork the admin staff, specifically Carol gave 110% effort to follow-up to put the documents together, have the Dr sign and fax them to Apria, my supplies are now on the way. I have been a patient of Dr. Pascua's for over 10+ years and highly recommend his Family Practice, I can assure you, you will be cared for as if you we're family. - Thank you Dr. Pascua and also your office staff. Mark Overton ... If I could give 6 Stars I would. :)

Finding a new primary doctor. They only care about the money. I had to reschedule (not cancel) an appointment (one time, after being a patient for years) because we had covid in our house. Went in for my rescheduled appointment and they wanted me to pay a cancelation fee before my visit or they would not see me. I thought you weren't supposed to go in if you had covid? I thought I was being generous by rescheduling. They would rather have $25 than keep a decade long patient, also leaving me without my medication refills.

The front office was less then helpful. Checking in was unnecessarily long, and I had to buy a mask for 2$. I did like Dr. Pascua, but then the wrong blood work was ordered. They said they would get a new test ordered, but after a week I didnt hear anything so I went to a new Dr. Still havent heard anything from them

Called to make an appointment. I wanted to get my lungs and breathing checked out because I have a lingering cough. I was told the dr will not accept anyone with any covid related symptoms. I told the front desk girl that I had two negative covid test and she said they will never take me in because I have some similar covid symptoms even if its not covid that I could either try urgent care or the ER. You guys realize that not everything is covid and covid symptoms are similar to many other viruss, infections etc. Does not seem ethical to refuse a patient because of this.
