Mike and his team have helped me with my insurance needs for the last seven years. Over that time they've been thorough to understand my changing risk profile and present me with appropriate coverage options at a reasonable price. They've been responsive when I've reached out with price or claims issues. Most recently, in the last three months, Natalie has helped me navigate an auto accident (other driver at fault), apply coverage to a new car, and successfully challenge a significant auto rate hike.
