If I could give a negative rating I would. My daughter who is 25 with a 4 year old and currently 8 months pregnant was denied assistance with no explanation as of why. From my understanding this program only serves Dupage county in which she lived in. The REAL question is how do you determine someones eligibility? And how can you allow a young single mother who is due to give birth remain homeless with no resources or give her resources that are currently unavailable to help her? Now I know your question to me is why cant I help? Well I am homeless as well and they also denied me. My concern is not myself at the moment its making sure my daughter and her children have a place they can go so she can get back on her feet! So shame on you BRIDGE COMMUNITY for kicking her while shes down. My daughter also suffers from depression and this situation has forced her to feel helpless especially being turned down left and right by every organization for not being financially stable in which it is hard to do so in this new economy. I work full time and still cant make ends meet!!! SOMETHING HAS GOT TO CHANGE FOR THE LESS FORTUNATE!!!

They never answer the phone. People are looking for resources, no matter how many times you reach out to them no matter what extension they do not answer the phone. Why have hours of operation listed and almost anytime you call throughout the hours listed no one is available to speak to you. This is ridiculous!
