I've been coming to this location for a very long time. Staff is always friendly and caring. Scheduling seems to be well managed, because it's never any extended wait time. I do wish they had a walk-in allergy clinic type situation which would make my life easier since I have to come every month. I highly recommend this staff and location for the allergy side of the house.

Positive First: Shiela/ Receptionist does an excellent mission if getting patients into the treatment techs. Negative: The computer check-in system. Always a negative exercise. Today's issue : list of questions about symptoms - I checked " runny nose", and apparently that kicked my "Sign in" out! Going to get allergy shots and having a drippy nose may indicate I need Allergy Shots! Seems logical to humans but the JHU Computer can't computer that corollary. Can't wait for next months "Computer Logic". But hopefully, Shiela will be there to sort out for human patients. ( Hint: Don't get Mondays for appointments because that is Shiela's Day Off.)

ENTAACare gets high marks for their outstanding audiology department. Greatly appreciate the staff at the desk and Michelle for problem solving today.
