Easy in, easy out to get a title change done. Made appointment online and easy check-in on the mobile phone. Waited less than 5 mins before they called my number. Technology has definitely improved wait times at the MVA over the years!

The MVA representative was polite, efficient, and friendly. I was able to register and title my car with no issues. I made my appointment online and took all the required documents on the list, and the process was seamless. Make sure you check your text messages at the time of your appointment and check in via the text link they send you. Otherwise you will miss your appointment. If you check in after 15 minutes, you will have to reschedule

Made an appointment, so I didn't have to wait too long. The clerk was very nice and helpful. It helps to go online to see what is needed for your service.

I called a few times with questions about emissions testing. As I tried to ask my question the most recent time was immediately interrupted was met with hostility. She told me something different than the last agent I spoke with so I still had some confusion. I calmly ignored the hostility and continued with my question and was again interrupted and told that she wouldnt argue with me. Ive never owned a car in the state before and was unfamiliar with the process. I was not arguing, yelling or acting hostile in any way. I wasnt disagreeing with her, I just didnt understand since I had been told something different the last time I called. Im not sure why anyone would work in customer service if they arent actually willing to answer questions or help.
