It would be helpful to have an email re the estimated price because its hard to remember everything that is quoted in the phone conversation. I was very surprised by the final price and would have stopped the work at my budget. Thanks to Bobbie for her understanding.

Updated review: The Maids came through in a pinch. They accommodated a last minute scheduled cleaning and did an outstanding job. Team 1 does a good job; they were thorough, punctual and friendly too. Will hire again. This definitely made up for the misstep with the prior cleaning (see previous review).
Also Id like to add that after the previous review they made it right and had a supervisor and cleaner out. Appreciate them following up and getting things fixed. That speaks a lot of their customer service.
Previous review (2023): Used the maids several times and most recently for move out and move in deep cleaning service. The deep cleaning move in service was not good at all. They didnt clean baseboards, chandeliers and when changing lights I discovered layers of dust and grime on cabinets because they hadnt cleaned. Its so disappointing because now I will have to literally stand over and supervise folks if and when I decide to hire anyone to clean in the future. Service: Moving-related cleaning

Team #9 did an EXCELLENT job cleaning my elderly moms small apartment -and in exactly 1 hour! Kimberly and her team were friendly, helpful, and quick yet thorough! I hope this same team will be assigned for the next cleaning. Thank you so much. Great job overall!
