        Booked a tee time for 140 today 3/26/24 and had an email for 5$ off. The email stated monday though friday 8 am to 2 pm, and i arrived and asked about the email even showing it to the pro shop employee, and i think its ridiculous that it was not honored, because it was clearly with in the time frame. Pro shop stated that since it was a discount rate it was not to be honored. I find this extremely irritating, given your email had a stated time frame and i was within it. You guys have a great course with the exception of your employees are pretty rude when questioned, and in reality, just make it right i am in the hospitality industry and when there an offered coupon, it is honored, its not my fault that you guys have an email stating something different, its your business, and not my problem if you have an offer and i take you up on that offer, and its ignored. I am a completely unsatisfied customer. Sincerely Tim

      Tim,Thank you for playing on Tuesday and glad to hear that you enjoyed the course. Our online tee times and discounts are hosted by sagacity golf which is a third-party and not directly affiliated with Hunting Hawk. It does state in the email that all discounts must be booked online and that the discounts would be automatically applied to your reservation when booking them on the website. The discount you had was not applied because you had a $5 OFF offer but you were receiving $10 OFF so you were getting the better discount. The email stated 8am to 2pm but because we offer a $10 OFF between 1pm and 2pm as an early twilight promotion and since you cannot discount a discount the promo you had did not automatically apply. If you would have used the promo that you had it would have been $39 instead of the $34 you paid. We hope you reconsider your 1 star review. Its unfortunate that a booking issue is the main reason for a one star review because it seems like you had a good experience on the course and the course conditions warrant more than one star. We are proud of how the course looks at this time in March and a one star review is highly misleading. Look forward to seeing you again soon!
