A1 did an awesome job at our apartment community, Holly Point in Chesapeake, VA. 15 streets, 54 buildings and 620 homes and it was flawless. They are so organized and professional. Thank you for a great job!

Rude company very bad service some one work for them have a Jeep wrangler with company name on door block me in my own house very rude and unprofessional not recommended

Only company to state they couldn't deal coat my drive. Have had it done successfully by other company and others who quoted didn't find any reason not to coat. In fact those other companies recommend deal coat vs new drive while A1 is recommending complete replacement vs coating. Made rediculous claims regarding shade from trees equals can't coat.

These guys are artists. I don't say that lightly. My boy is addicted to watching construction sites, so we spent an hour today just watching A1 pave. It was quite a sight. With heavy machinery and men moving in syncopation, handling multiple phases of the process at once, it reminded me of an NFL team executing a complex play... except instead of astroturf, these guys do their thing on tarmac. Walter (the supervisor) is some kind of guru, the way he makes his team perform. Interesting detail: what really amazed me was that the seams around manholes and existing cement and curbs were so smooth. Various men focused just on that, making sure it was a perfect grade from one surface to the other. (You have to admit, it's annoying driving over uneven seams from driveway to road when a paver didn't bother to get it right). For these guys to be paying attention to such small details, on a big project, is a big deal. And the drivers of the heavy asphalt grader and trucks and rollers were skilled... they hugged lines perfectly and dropped/smoothed the new road with no glitches or overshoot. Awesome. Anyway, to complete the sports metaphor, my boy watched spellbound, like a fan watching his favorite team. Thanks for the great show, A1.
