        Stay away from wf and bank elsewhere, geez. They waste your time and can't actually help you :( I left disappointed and I didn't even go in with my hopes high, I just knew they'd be useless and they were. The upside is that at least I was right....

        I tried this branch. It was a bad experience. They were unprofessional and it was a waste of time. I left and did not achieve what I came for. I went to another branch and it was the opposite.

        Honestly dont know how wells is still in business. Worst baking experience. Went to close an account and the line was out the door. No one knew what they were doing and were just talking in circles asking each other and us the same questions, no restroom for customers to use, smells like cigarettes, wouldnt let me exchange my euros, completely outdated and run down, I could go on. No modern bank has such a terrible experience.

        Our Brinks cash pickup services no showed two weeks in a row and Damira was patient as i brought in deposits and monopolized an unfair amount of their time - great service, appreciate it a lot
