Placed call for service on my fireplace in December 2016. Never heard back from them. Called them after the holidays in Jan 2017 to schedule appointment. She apologized for not calling back. Scheduled for 8am so we could go into work afterwards. Day of the appointment- no show. Called at 9 when store opens- no answer. Left several messages. By 9:45 left for work and called store again and they said the repair guy is at the house now. Too late now!! Lost 2 hours of pay from work and once again all you can say is - sorry!! Poor customer service. !!

Had someone come out to measure and take pics a few weeks ago, but have not heard back since. We are still waiting on an estimate. I have sent messages, emails, and calls but nothing so far. A bit disappointed :(

We recently bought a Mendotta gas insert and Mccloskeys ordered and installed it. We had to do a custom order because we have some unique stone work on our existing fireplace wall (which we wanted to keep) and a large opening from the previous wood burning fireplace. Other local fireplace stores were a little leery of installing or wanted us to tear it down and start over! Sal did a great job of installing without having to do anything major with the existing stone. The owner Jessica was friendly. We went to some other high-end fireplace stores in the South Jersey area, and McCloskeys was willing to work with us and get the look we wanted. Overall, great service. Couldn't be happier with the fireplace!
