        Everytime there is a power outage event, EPA has responded quickly. For example, when a car collided with a pole on Race, they were already aware of the problem by the time I called. Not only did the collision take out the pole, but it also affected the transformer on Mitchell. The crew had the power back up within the hour. The person taking the call was super nice and informative. I think EPB is terrific, including the repair crew and the Cable/Internet folks. Thank you EPB for all you do for the town of Glasgow.

        I've never seen a power company that can lose power all through the years as much as EPB does for no apparent.

        Terrible service. I have my bill set up on auto pay and they dont take it out like theyre supposed to leading to incredible inconvenience for myself.
