I really liked Dr. Greer when I went. The secretary needs to be fired! My 9 yer old has a bad toothache so I called to schedule an appointment for the following week at 11:30. I received a text confirmation. I arrived and was told everyone was out to lunch my appointment was at 12:30. I’d never make it for that time because I live in Glasgow and have to get home to get my other children off the bus. Then she’s like well what insurance do you have I told her the same as I told the other secretary when I made the appointment Aetna and she said we don’t accept that insurance. ARE U KIDDING ME! Now my daughters tooth is so bad it bleeds and she can hardly eat. We now have to go to Bowling Green to the pediatric dentistry there in another week. Wast of time and gas! I’m going to find another dentist as well due to this. Very disappointed! I did like the Dr. though.
