      image I have been calling for hours my cars battery is bad they put in a year ago was told I need a receipt at a different jeep service to get it warranty out but got hung up on the first time now no one will answer my car won't even run because of this and they could care less. Always giving excuses every time! Ridiculous

      image Have tryed calling service at the ram dealership for 2 days now to check on vehicle and im always first in line on phone and they never answer. This is ridiculous and yesterday, I walked through the door and the guy was playing games on his phone. Total BS.
