J.J. Agnello Heating & Cooling

I was totally happy with J.J. Agnello Heating and Cooling! I needed a new furnace ASAP, Phil came right out and gave me an estimate that was MUCH lower than a competitor. He then set me up with space-heaters to keep us warm until a crew could get to us. The installers were great, they explained everything I needed to know about the installation and operation. I couldn't be happier with J.J. Agnello's and they now have a new customer! I will be using them in the future when needed!

Shawn installed replacement parts in the heat pump in our sunroom. Once the new parts were replaced, he asked if we had any other questions or concerns. I mentioned that the unit didnt seem to put out an adequate amount of heat on days when the temp was below 30 degrees. After inspecting the outside exchanger and making some adjustments we felt a positive change in the units performance. Shawn was patient and very professional.
