This is not spam. This is not false information.
I purchased a redline weber dcoe 40 from this company through Amazon.
The product is defective. The messages I received from this vendor through Amazon I was to told to take it apart clean it out and put it back together and try it again.
But if I want to return it I will have to pay between 25%-100% for a restocking fee.
They don't stand behind their products. They don't respond to requests for technical assistance.
They will only respond when you start a return.
Stay away from these people. They do not do business with any ethics.

No return Policy on online purchases even though I offered to pay shipping both ways and associated fees. Employee ordered by mistake but now I own it at $100 over what I normally pay. frustrating that they do offer a 7 day return policy on website also but won't honor it (today is day 2) and the box it shipped in wasn't even open at the time. I will give 2 star since it was correct and shipped fast but it wasn't going to hurt anyone to take a brand new return on a mistake order -Some call it customer service.

Many companies are going to online only and cant get ahold of anyone. I called Pierce Manifolds to go over what I needed. They help me get the correct product I needed for my 1973 Triumph GT6. Very nice on the phone, great transaction, hard to find products instock and quick to ship. Great customer service and will do more business with Pierce Manifolds, thank you very much. - Anthony
