Took in suits and a shirt to be dry cleaned. They came back worse than they went in. I actually thinking the suits might be damaged. Am taking them to another cleaner to see what can be done. They have me a full refund but this may still have been an expensive trip! No way I could use this place again, unfortunately.

Never have I been screamed at within 30 seconds of entering any establishment. I walked in to show the evidence that my pants were not ironed as part of a DRT cleaning order. Immediately upon my statement of these werent pressed, he disagreed citing 30 years of experience, I said no and was going to show another pair which would show a cuff and he cut me off at a scream and threatened manner squaring off. This would normally been a major mistake. I showed him the cuff issue yet he was unwilling to lower his tone and demeanor.. for someone dealing with customers it is astounding he hasnt ended up in the hospital. I encourage everyone to stop working with this company for this mans ( he owns it) safety. Updated with before and after I ironed the pants, he wanted to see the result after I ironed myself . Hope he gets trained on how to iron
