The UPS Store

Beware of this UPS store. We paid $110 to have a package delivered next day air. The UPS corporate office told us that the package never left their store. I requested that the manager of the store call me, because apparently he is the only one that can help us. I was told that they didn't know when he would be able to contact me. Terrible service. If you use this store your item may never be delivered.

They do what they do wonderfully. They carried out a fantastic job printing a foam poster board for my friend's wedding.I tried buying it from a few different stores, but they were all taking a very long time.UPS completed work quickly and with great quality.Not only that, regardless of the type of worknotary or otherwise. They have a great deal of professionalism.

Best in GILBERT!!! I've been to UPS stores all over our county, none as helpful as 4780 Higley/Elliot Customer service is top notch and the staff treat regulars like family, which is why I go back time and time again. When you know better, you do better, and that means I now skip the post office and this place is under new ownerdhip,,, yes we can see the change..

This location is DEFINITELY under new management based on my experience. I have been coming to this location since it first opened and I have never been treated so unkindly. Went to send off an Amazon package return. Worker didn't even greet me but reached for the package before I could even set it down. I used adhesive on the package but it was notably coming off. I kindly asked the UPS worker if he had any tape by chance because I was scared the item may fall out. Instantly in the most snappy tone told me I need to read directions over better because I will be charged 2.99 for tape but "I won't charge you this time" to cover up how unprofessionally I was talked to. How am I supposed to know a piece of tape costs 2.99?????

Guessing this location has new management or owners. I have my business accounts through UPS and went to return some Amazon items which I do rarely and he told me they make no money on this and I would need to pay for tape which I had no problem doing, told him I would need to buy a few boxes from them as well, again no problem doing so but told me his location makes no money on this. They should just stop accepting them if its this big of an issue. Will no longer bring my business items or personal items to this location. People at Val Vista and Elliot were great. Guy needs an attitude adjustment
