They are not reliable and overcharge.
Got a compressor replaced. Unit was still not working and they were charging me for the person coming out to look at the unit.
What a joke!
Gave me a two year warranty of compressor. Went out in one year and charged me $2,000 for getting the compressor under warranty replaced.
Their main office is more like a boiler room just trying to get money out of you in all the wrong ways.
