The overall feeling of Ironwood is one of positivity and genuine care and compassion for each individual. I feel as though my entire medical team is very knowledgeable, experienced and skillful and that I am in excellent hands. Knowing that you have a team that has the latest research and science to consider for your treatment allows you to focus on your healing. Additionally you are treated and respected as a person and not just another patient. This experience starts with the friendly front desk personnel and extends to the MAs, doctors and nurses. A smile and a hug can mean so much on this journey.

I have been a patient at ICRC for over a year now. I truly appreciate the level of compassionate care I have received. My surgeon Dr. Ho was reassuring and caring and got me through the early stages of my journey. Dr. Nguyen my radiation oncologist was always pleasant and efficient. The captain of my care (probably for the rest of my life) is Dr. Mendonca. She has been my rock through my trials and tribulations navigating my care plan. Her level of compassion and caring for me as an individual (not just another chart) has been unparalleled and has given me the confidence that we are going to get through this! Thank you all, Dianne

Dr Bhalla is the best Med Oncologist. He has taken me through my five year journey with cancer with grace, empathy and understanding. Wonderful interpersonal skills and bed side manner. Love him and staff.just hope I dont have to see them again

I have been going to Ironwood Cancer & Research Center in Gilbert for a bit over 3 years and Dr. Mendonca, Lisa and the rest of their team have treated me with the best care. I cant thank them enough for the excellent care they have provided through out the years. I have confidence in them and their abilities.
