Cornerstone Inspections

Not a good experience. They missed that guest bath fixtures all reversed; cold running hot hot running cold. Failed to get exterminator as requested by my agent to inspect for termites. No call back on request for reimbursement .

This company was used by the buyer of my house for their inspection and I am very disappointed with the condition they left my house in. Things were knocked down and moved on my desk, blinds were left open and furniture was moved and then not moved back. They also included burnt out light bulbs in their inspection report which I though was odd.

We have used cornerstone inspections on our new home and they are awesome. Highly professional and extremely knowledgeable.

Cornerstone did an inspection for a buyer on one of my properties yesterday and it was less than poor. He broke the Pella blinds, left insulation all over their floor and forced open a small door in the loft which leads to the attic....when he did that he damaged the door. He also broke off the valve to the hot water heater in the off position and called to let us know to get it fixed, really? I asked him to fix it and he said it wasn't their policy to fix anything. I called the office and they said he was THE OWNER of the company. As a top producing agent in the Phoenix area...there are many, many home inspectors out there and most of them are GREAT....Cornerstone has done a couple of inspections on my last few listings...just because they have been in business for several years doesn't mean they do a great job. I give Cornerstone Inspections a big thumbs down!
