        Used them for my new house before we moved in they got 99% of the stains out of the carpet were very bad! Our carpets were nice and fresh! We will use their services again in the future!

        The company I work for uses AAA Spectrum to clean the carpets in our units and they are wonderful!! On time, quick service all while being thorough.

        I scheduled a carpet cleaning appointment for 8/11/21. Was scheduled for an arrival between 11 and 1:00. Called that morning to confirm. The never showed up or called to tell me of a problem. Ive called 4 times and left numerous messages. They have never returned my calls. Do not trust this company - they will not show up or follow up on any way. Poor business. Service: General carpet cleaning
