Capitol Car Credit

Why is no one answering the phone. What's up with the website????

What is going on, I got a call saying I have a new lender on my car. They said not to call capital car credit from here on out about my vehicle. Made me kind of suspicious, unfortunately capital cat credit will not pick up there phone. A nice phone call or email would have been nice to let us know about the situation... (follow up) just drove by the dealership and it's no longer in existence...Smh...

It sucks. WE are currently going through hell. WE have been paying on our car but weren't informed that they no longer held the lien to our car so now we are way behind and looking for the paper we signed saying it was OK for us to be uninformed of important information. Do not go here.

I have been trying to get ahold of them as well asking for a complete payment history so that I can pay off the rest of my car but I am just getting ignored. I at the final months of my contract with them so don't understand why they just cant send me a complete payment history.
