The best compliment I can offer is this is the second pool where we have used John Pack and his team. He designs and builds a beautiful pool and the key is he listens to his customer so you know you will get the pool you desire. He will share great ideas but he always ensures it is consistent with what you want. I highly recommend Pack Pools and will use him again. We contacted this company and a representative came out. In so many words, she communicated they didn't want to work with us because they wouldn't have enough access (even though other companies didn't say this) and since our yard is "smaller than normal" they don't build pools that aren't more than $100k. We tried following up after the visit and the company refused to respond.
