I would highly recommend Stephanie Litteral as she is experienced, knowledgeable, and very informed in family law. Stephanie is personable and is a great listener. She is honest, realistic, and does not just tell you what you want to hear. She goes into court extremely prepared and is able to put you at ease in difficult situations.

The worst! Will not answer calls! Is always "Sick". Court order had to be corrected multiple times. I took off work to sign the final divorce papers. She had to cancel with use because she had scheduled herself a Dentist appointment! Oh This uncontested divorce cost $3000. We began this process in December and it still has not been filed!!!

Very Bad experience. I hired her for a divorce case and setup 4 different appointments that were all cancelled at last minute for various reasons and each time I had already left work on vacation time. I told her I wanted a refund and wasnt going to use her anymore she proceeded to tell me she didnt get that message because she forgot her phone so she said she worked on my case that day (lie) so after doing nothing for me she keep $1,000 of my money. I am currently filling a complaint on her. Also note that no matter what happens nothing seems to be her fault. She uses very foul language too. Do yourself a favor and find a good attorney shes a joke.

My divorce was already filed etc should have been an easy case handed to her. She told me I didn't need representation I just needed a motion to file for mediation etc.. I wanted representation tho. Her reply was "I have no problem taking your money". $3k down. We met for mediation. She was on her phone I talked to opposing console on my own with very few exceptions thru.. she rescheduled numerous times due to illness. I understood the needs then, she failed to communicate with me during opposing consoles filed motions nearly got me for contempt, met only a few times at court which was nonsense and waste of time. Told me one thing then changed her words later on a related motion filed. She filed a motion to leave my case after doing the same to someone else. I asked for a detailed account of my retainer. Never produced. Def not worth $3,000
Claims she only works off of referrals these days. Has 24 yrs experience and prior I had heard good things.
Experience taught me otherwise tho.
Choose if you want things stalled out months with no progress and just have $ to throw away.. I didn't have but it cost me anyway.
