Harborview Health Systems Georgetown

One of the WORST places you could work. The upper management is very rude and disrespectful. The residents are treated badly majority of the time and nothing is done about it even when reported to upper management. Pat is a joke and assaulted one of my friends then proceeded to fire both of us because I stood up for my friend DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR EMPLOYMENT OR FOR PARENTS/GRANDPARENTS

I stayed there in February and March for Physical therapy. Great housekeeping staff Devonne is the best person working6there a real gem. She is very caring and a great nurse.

My friend is a resident at Harborview. In the few weeks I've been visiting them there, I've seen real and good changes being made. Harborview is a good solid choice for nursing care needs.

I knew of harbor view as dover manor. I first called to ask what kind of volunteer services they were offering. The lady that answered the phone asked another lady and they said services are starting back on Monday for volunteers. I then was put on a brief hold for 25 minutes which was totally fine. Then a male answered and I asked him what all I needed to do to become a volunteer and he said I dont know what to tell you on that. Didnt wanna help what so ever. I then proceeded telling him that the lady that first answered said they started services back on Monday and he proceeds to tell me he dont know. He thinks that may be right. Once again no help at all, then asks me for my number so he can give me a call back when Ive already been put on hold for 20 minutes so why not wait another 20 minutes for them to find out information, once again no help at all very disappointed. I volunteered as a volunteer at a nursing home here in Georgetown for five years ive never known a nursing home to be this poor communication and help in a nursing home as I have seen in this one since Im assuming I guess they bought Dover manor her out and change the name
