Stopped by to see if they could shorten my (tricky) Citizen watch band and their watch technician did it on the spot. I asked "how much" and they said "happy holidays" and didn't charge me. Also had delightful conversations with the staff. I'll be going back for my wife's birthday. Love this place.

I've known Tom for 28 years, having worked with him pre-Fox Jewelers and now at Fox Jewelers. Always had high quality service and fair pricing. Recently we had him make a custom ring for us that we couldn't be happier with. Looking to make another custom ring as well. I wouldn't hesitate to do business with Fox Jewelers!

My Mother left me some jewelry when she passed. Some was her own, and some was my Grandmother's and even my great-Grandmothers. It took me a long time to even want to go through it all. It was overwhelming , not just emotionally, but practically. There was so much to go through. Some I loved, some I didn't, and a lot that I just wasn't sure what it was or what to do with it. I knew I didn't want it sitting in a drawer any longer. I finally decided it was time for a professional. I visited a couple of other local jewelers before walking into Fox Jewelers one day, and once I did, I knew I had found the right place. Melissa is amazing to work with, and Tom is magic with his skill and expertise. When you are in Fox Jewelers, they give you their full attention and make you feel like a valued customer. Not only are they incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional, they put the 'family' in family business. They understood how emotional it was to sort through it all and could not have been more kind and warm throughout the entire process. In the end, I had some pieces appraised, sold some gold pieces and applied that to a custom re-design of my Grandmother's ring, and had a couple of rings re-sized. Mostly, I walked away knowing that I will be a customer for life. What an amazing experience! I should also add that I found the pricing to be incredibly reasonable and the turnaround time was really quick! Love this place! Thank you, Melissa, Tom, and crew.
